About Florida Elevator

Just to give you some insight on our company, so you can feel comfortable on your decision-making process, Florida Elevator is a locally based with over 40 years of experience in the elevator industry. With over 150 years of combined experience, our technicians have the experience and knowledge to get any elevator problem solved. Florida Elevator services and installs both residential and commercial elevators throughout Tampa, Hillsborough, Pinellas, St. Pete, Bradenton, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Port Charlotte, Ft. Myers, Lee, Naples and Collier.

In addition, our experienced Service Technicians are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week and able to service any of your homeowner's elevator needs in a timely and professional manner.

James (Jay) Perry is the owner of Florida Elevator and has over 40 years of experience alone in the elevator industry. Jay takes a great deal of pride in our company and is very active in all of our projects. He prefers taking a hands-on approach with all builders and contractors to help get every project completed to meet all of the homeowner’s expectations as well as the necessary deadlines.

Florida Elevator is a proud member of the NAEC (National Assoc. of Elevator Contractors).
